Job Function: The qualified screener shall provide screening and crisis stabilization services to any person in need of the services. These services include but are not limited to: 1. Assessment, referral and linkage 2. Hotline coverage 3. Crisis stabilization 4. Development of alternative treatment plans 5. Consultation, training and technical assistance to other clinical staff 6. Consultation with the psychiatrist 7. Supervision and monitoring of patients 8. Screening Outreach 9. Screening of patients who maybe in need of commitment 10. Screening for admission to STCF's.
Education and Experience Required: Master's Degree in related field plus one year exp in psych setting; or Bachelor's Degree plus three years mental health experience, one of which is in a psychiatric setting; or Bachelor's Degree plus two years mental health experience, one of which in in a crisis setting and currently enrolled in a Master's program; or registered professional nurse with three years mental health experience, one of which is in a crisis setting. |

Job Function: Coordinates and integrates services within the continuum, maintains accountability for professional standards, oversees clinical supervision and chairs the Clinical Committee. The Vice President develops and implements policies, determines clinical and social service staff qualifications, efficiently deploys resources and oversees training needs. This position is also responsible for agency-wide clinical performance improvement projects, meeting budget projections and assuring client satisfaction. This staff member also demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide services appropriate to any age/disability group assigned. The individual is proficient in the knowledge and skills described in the core competency curriculum for each assigned age/disability group.
Education: Licensed Psychologist, Ph. D.or Psychology Degree in behavioral health field.
Experience Required: Seven(7) years in behavioral health setting and five (5) years in supervisory position. Additional years experience in behavioral health setting. Training in CQI, JCAHO, Managed Care, publicly funded MH service delivery Training in organizational development/healthcare administration. |

Function: The Children's Partial Care (CPC) Manager oversees the administrative and clinical operations of the Children's Partial Care Program, including the provision and/or clinical supervision of therapy services, the assessment and implementation of the Behavior Management program, contract monitoring, quality assurance, utilization review and performance improvement activities.
Education required: A Master's Degree within the human services field from an accredited college, and at least 5 years post-graduate degree, with at least two years of management responsibility.
Experience required: A mental health provider or clinical social worker who has experience delivering professional care to children aged 10-18 and their families, skilled in the delivery of several modalities of treatment including individual, family and group therapy, and knowledgeable in the establishment and maintenance of a therapeutic milieu. Two years experience as a clinical supervisor and program manager. |

Job Function: The Housing Support Counselor provides supportive services directed toward assisting individuals referred to supportive housing and/or enrolled in supportive housing to secure and maintain safe, decent affordable housing in community settings of their choice. The Housing Support Counselor is responsible for performing a wide variety of duties with a focus on issues related specifically to housing and entitlements.
Education Required A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related discipline -or- two years of college plus two years of related work or life experience -or- a high school diploma or equivalent, plus four years of related work or life experience. Consumer of mental health services preferred.
