Job Function:
The qualified screener shall provide screening and crisis stabilization services to any person in need of the services. These services include but are not limited to: 1. Assessment, referral and linkage
2. Hotline coverage
3. Crisis stabilization
4. Development of alternative treatment plans
5. Consultation, training and technical assistance to other clinical staff
6. Consultation with the psychiatrist
7. Supervision and monitoring of patients
8. Screening Outreach
9. Screening of patients who maybe in need of commitment
10. Screening for admission to STCF's.

Education and Experience Required:
Master's Degree in related field plus one year exp in psych setting; or Bachelor's Degree plus three years mental health experience, one of which is in a psychiatric setting; or Bachelor's Degree plus two years mental health experience, one of which in in a crisis setting and currently enrolled in a Master's program; or registered professional nurse with three years mental health experience, one of which is in a crisis setting.

Job Function: Provides supervision to all Adult Partial Care staff. Assumes responsibility for overseeing day to day program operations. Provides case management and psychosocial rehabilitation services to seriously mentally ill population.

Education Required: A masters degree from an accredited college/university in related field.

Experience Required: At least 2 years experience in a supervisory role within a clinical setting. Knowledge and experience with seriously mentally ill population including diagnosis, medications, and treatment.

Function: The Children's Partial Care (CPC) Manager oversees the administrative and clinical operations of the Children's Partial Care Program, including the provision and/or clinical supervision of therapy services, the assessment and implementation of the Behavior Management program, contract monitoring, quality assurance, utilization review and performance improvement activities.

Education required: A Master's Degree within the human services field from an accredited college, and at least 5 years post-graduate degree, with at least two years of management responsibility.

Experience required: A mental health provider or clinical social worker who has experience delivering professional care to children aged 10-18 and their families, skilled in the delivery of several modalities of treatment including individual, family and group therapy, and knowledgeable in the establishment and maintenance of a therapeutic milieu. Two years experience as a clinical supervisor and program manager.

Salary range: $31,000.

Job Function: A currently competent counselor who delivers professional care to children aged 8-18 and their families. The professional will utilize: professional assessment and treatment skills, an ability to communicate with children, utilization management, documentation, discharge planning,communications skills, treatment skills found in the Core Competency inventory, and collaboration with physicians and other team members.

Education Required: Bachelors degree from an accredited university. Drivers license is required.

Experience: One year experience in the provision of youth mental health services.

Salary range: $31,000 to $32,000

Job Function: Functions as a currently competent counselor/case manager who delivers professional care to children aged 5-21 and their families. The professional will utilize: assessment and treatment skills, comprehensive case management and liaison skills, utilization management, documentation, discharge planning, communication skills and treatment skills found in the Core Competency Inventory. Collaboration with physicians and other team member.

Education Required: Bachelors degree in a related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or in a related field. License to practice in NJ is preferred. Current CPR and drivers license required.

Experience: Minimum of two years post bachelor's experience. Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competency in current principles including discharge planning for children aged 5-21.

Salary Range: $45,000 to $50,000

Function: Provides supervision to the ICMS and PACT Programs. Is responsible for total operations of the ICMS program 30 hours per week and provides supervision to PACT Team Leader and assistance to the team ten hours per week. Is available to assist, advise and follow through with service procurement for the ICMS and PACT programs. Has on-call responsibilities for ICMS and PACT.

Education: Master's degree from an accredited college/university in social work, psychology, counseling or related field.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years post Masters Degree experience in the provision of mental health services. Must have 3 years previous experience in staff supervision.

Salary : $40,000.00

Job Function: Provides psychotherapy for transitional children/adolescents that have a history of emotional problems. Advocates for families to be involved with their child's treatment throughout and provides family treatment with the goal of family reunification.

Education Required: Master's degree in human services field from an accredited college.

Experience Valid driver's license. Two(2)years experience providing family treatment with the goal of family reunification. LCSW or LPC preferred.

Function: 1. Provides administrative and clinical leadership, supervision, coordination, and integration for programs serving outpatient and recovery services throughout Cape Counseling Services. 2. Responsible for managing contracts regarding service delivery, level of service commitments, managed care mandates and outcome measurement. 3. Responsible for program specific and organizational performance improvement initiatives.

Education: Minimum of an earned Master's Degree from an accredited college/university in behavioral health related or license eligible as Independent Practitioner with license in good standing.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience including 2 years of supervisor/management experience with program development. LCADC preferred.

Function: Responsible for the provision of drug/alcohol intervention services including both individual and group therapy. Responsible for providing drug/alcohol education as well as MICA (Mentally III Chemical Abuser) psycho education. Provide linkage to community AA, NA, and possibly Double Trouble groups.

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred. CAC/CSAC certification from an approved accredited program.

Experience: Minimum of three years clinical experience, one of which was in a mental health setting.

Function: To provide short-term, in-home services to families using the FFT model, with the goal of preventing relapse into the Juvenile Justice System.

Education: A Master's degree in the human services or Bachelor's degree in human services related field and one year experience working with high risk families and youth required. Ability to be fluent in Spanish preferred. Current driver's license is required.

Experience: Must be knowledgable and demonstrate competency in child/adolscent development. Valid driver's license.
